Flavours

Every cake I create begins with the finest ingredients—think free range eggs and rich Belgian chocolate—because I want every bite to be memorable.  These are my most popular flavours, but if you have a favourite or a cherished recipe, let’s talk about how to make it part of your special day. My kitchen is strictly nut free, and whilst I don’t have a separate kitchen for allergen free cakes, I can create cakes tailored to your dietary needs, including allergen free options.  I take the greatest care to avoid cross-contamination, and I’m always available to discuss your concerns in detail so you feel comfortable and excited about your cake.

Vanilla

A light vanilla flavoured sponge filled with my signature silky raspberry buttercream

Chocolate

A light, never dry, chocolate sponge filled with silky smooth chocolate buttercream

Lemon

A light zesty lemon sponge filled with either lemon or passionfruit buttercream

Biscoff

A light brown sugar sponge filled with Biscoff buttercream & crushed Biscoff biscuits

Toffee

A brown sugar sponge  filled with a toffee  buttercream & homemade toffee sauce

White Chocolate & Raspberry

A light sponge liberally sprinkled with white chocolate chips & raspberries, filled with silky smooth white chocolate buttercream

Chocolate Velvet

A rich decadent chocolate sponge filled with silky smooth chocolate buttercream

Fruit

A traditional boozy rich fruit cake jam packed with dried fruit & glace cherries, fed with either Cointreau or brandy

Champagne & Strawberry

A light champagne flavoured sponge sprinkled with strawberry pieces, filled with silky smooth champagne flavoured buttercream
