Every cake I create begins with the finest ingredients—think free range eggs and rich Belgian chocolate—because I want every bite to be memorable. These are my most popular flavours, but if you have a favourite or a cherished recipe, let’s talk about how to make it part of your special day. My kitchen is strictly nut free, and whilst I don’t have a separate kitchen for allergen free cakes, I can create cakes tailored to your dietary needs, including allergen free options. I take the greatest care to avoid cross-contamination, and I’m always available to discuss your concerns in detail so you feel comfortable and excited about your cake.

White Chocolate & Raspberry
A light sponge liberally sprinkled with white chocolate chips & raspberries, filled with silky smooth white chocolate buttercream
